    Hi

The little haven is located in a fabulous area of the north east, with the hotel it's self, sitting right on the edge of the river tyne and the north sea. The light and airy conservatory enables guest to enjoy the view while the modern interior provides contemporary comfort.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any assistance sourcing suppliers or services for your wedding.

    Hi Kerry,

I'm Debs from Sunderland but now live in Newcastle with my OH. Great to see more North-East ladies! I'm getting married 29th June 2013.

Can't help with little haven as I've never been, although I've heard it's lovely. I'm having a church ceremony and then the reception at Alnwick Gardens. Very exciting!

Let me know how you get on and any suppliers etc that you find

Both very nice venues in excellent locations.

Little havens beach is excellent for photographs, would suggest taking some flat shoes.

I can't help with the venue but just wanted to say hi to the other North East ladies! I'm in Newcastle, getting married at Linden Hall in a couple of months (eeeek).

Wow only a couple of months... that's came around quick! (I've been lurking for a while...but not a scary stalker... honest! haha) Have you got much left to sort? Linden Hall is gorgeous (from the photos that i've seen)

Any hints or tips for suppliers etc feel free to share! ;o)

I'm having my reception at the little haven. I haven't picked my menu yet but looking forward to going back and doing that. There is a sculpture to the side of the hotel called the conversation piece so think we'll be getting pictures in that if the weather is ok for us.

Haven't been to a wedding there but I'm from South Shields and that hotel has a gorgeous setting. Regardless of the weather you'll be able to get some lovely pictures on the dunes. Kate x

I was a bridesmaid for my sis and since it was a nice day we all went on to the beach for the photos which was lovely, such great views at Little Haven Smiley smile

We're getting married at Horton Grange, suits us cos we're only having a small wedding, really looking forward to it as the food is lush and we get the place to ourselves.

Glad to see some North East brides on here, I'm still looking florists, rings, entertainment etc so it'll be good to swap ideas and suppliers

Ha- no I think I need a swift kick up the backside to get my plans in order. Still need entertainment, cars, flowers (although only bouquets and corsages, got other plans for centre pieces). Having breakfast and evening reception there.

I think I'll be investing in some welly's and an umbrella in case of bad weather so I can go on the beach anyway.

    Morning,

Alnwick Gardens is a fabulous location, plenty opportunites for amazing photos. I ve worked with brides marrying at your venue, desiging large personal wooden signs that say "Wedding this Way" & "Mr & Mrs" etc. The conservatory looks amazing flood lit with LED up lighting.

Are you having a theme for your wedding?

Not too much left to sort really... although sometimes it seems like loads... just all the little details and things that we are making ourselves that need organising. I can't believe how fast it has come round, I never quite believed people when they said the time flies by but they really weren't lying!

What do you still need to sort? I will try to recommend suppliers if you let me know what you're still in need of.
