North East DJ - approx prices for DJs!

Just been doing my budgeting (finaaaaaally!) and the thing i havent really thought about is a DJ

I have ages yet i know but I just wondered if anybody could give me an approx price for what theyve paid/what they got for it, just so i can tot it onto my budget list!

Also, if anyone does have any recommendations for a North East DJ, they are welcome!

    Hi Aimee :0) I'm in Doncaster, so probably not as far North East as you, but our DJ is 35/hr usually, although we are getting him at mates rates. Xx

    Aimee, mine is costing £130 but he is resident at Shearer's bar so that's how we are booking him, not sure if he does other venues but I can find out x

    I'm in the north east and had various quotes, cheapest was £80 all night most expensive was £450 all night. In the end we booked someone local to us (County Durham) who charges £180.
