I'm a North West bride! I'm getting married in Blackburn at the Mercure Dunkenhalgh hotel and spa on 23rd June 2012!

I've got my venue, favour boxes, table crystals and in the process of booking our TOG.

Can't book our registrar until June

I am so excited and loving the planning!

Eeeeekk!!! I'm North West! We're having ours at Red Hall 17/08/2012!

The venue's booked - obviously, colour scheme is sorted, although I keep having a wobble about it, save the date's are bought & half in envelopes (stopped because everyone's told me it's ridiculously early to be sending them out!), and that's about it at the mo!

I have loads of ideas about everything, but can't seem to make my mind up. I've found a supplier on ebay for stationery, so I'm hoping to get invitations, lottery favour cards, table plan etc etc in one fail swoop!

One thing that is slightly stressing me out is the tog, we've only been to see one, and H2B has set his mind on it. I think our photo's are really important, BUT I'm not prepared to part with 2.5k for an album, there's just no way! So that's my next goal, getting one booked, then I'm pretty much on the right track I think.

Can anyone recommend a decent hair/make-up person round here?? xxxx

Congratulations!!

You can book your registrar you can get them pencilled in for your date and time now and then when you have given your notification in June it becomes official!

Ring up your council and find out... I booked mine last week and got the confimation through a few days later... It was a good job really as they only had three time slots left!

Just wondering are there any dress makers in the north west for bridesmaids...

I have heard and contacted a woman in Birmingham who can make them for 45pound but obviously inconvenient... Anywhere around here?

I'm a north west HIB (Used to be a North West Bride - got married in 2009)
