North West Brides Anyone Going Here??

Hello fellow north west hitchers,

Is anyone else attending the Wedding Fayre this Saturday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel ?

I've got my tickets all printed and really looking to get some inspiration for my wedding dress

They have all sorts going on from catwalks to hair & beauty consultations !!

I've got the premium ticket which includes a fab 3 course meal and it's ladies only so OH is a home with the kids ?

No havent but its a good marketing thing. i personally wouldnt pay to go to a wedding fayre- but thats just me

catwalks, hair beauty, sample testing etc, is all the norm at wedding fayres- which i why i hate/wouldnt pay

hope you have a good time though- are you getting married there??

No not getting married there,

I understand where your coming from, the normal tickets are just £5 but we upgraded

it includes quite a bit really thought it would be a nice girly day out.

Tbh looking forward to have a good 6 hours away from the OH and kids they drive me nuts on

a weekend sometimes?

They can try and advertise their venue but they won't get far ?

I'm only really going for some wedding dress tips and idea's, went to a wedding fair

last weekend and although it was good there was only 2 wedding dress corners there iykwim

ah well, i shall let you all know if it's any good lol and if it's rubbish i'm sure i'll enjoy the

That's where I got engaged - Worsley Marriott! awww not getting married there tho....too expensive for me! I have gotten past the stage of wedding fayres now ☹️it's actually quite sad!

If you are after a dress i would go to a shop- there they can give you more attention, more choice, and you can try loads on. if you are just going to a fayre for this then i feel you would be disappointed. just my opinion though

I'm going rebecca, dont get mnay free weekends so any i can get to I go to haha

I am also going to try and get to the worsley marriot one as well as only round the corner from my house

Me. my H2B and Mum and Dad are all going saturday my parents have never been to a wedding fayre and its around the corner from where I live so we shall see x
