Not Really WP Changing Name Q?

Im getting married next week and have prematurely (sp) changed my name on all the important things already Tesco Clubcard and Boots Card ?

So can you help me on these

Doctors/ Dentist - Can I just call up and change name

Nationa Insurance Card - I have searched for a number to call and cant find one.

Passport - I only renewed it this year it will be ok to use if I book in my maiden name right?

Driving Licence is this free?

Bank - I assume I will need to send of marriage cert?

Yes I am TOTALLY useless....?

I think my gp and dentist wanted to see my marriage cert

national insurance i think just changed via work and being paid

passport i got a new one as i wanted to travel and Mrs rather than miss but yes your passport must match the name on the tickets.

driving license was free i can't remember about if they needed evidence though.

bank - yes marriage cert

your marriage cert will be your best friend for a few weeks as you'll be carrying it around everywhere.
