November Wedding!!

mrs.emma.fletcher.x, 29 October, 2012 at 14:02 Posted on Planning 0 11

We are about to go ahead and book our wedding for next November!

Would love to hear about other peoples November wedding experiences?? and if anyone else is having a November wedding and why you chose it??

Feeling how cold it is already this year I should look forward to freezing my butt off next year haha! The hope is obviously to have outdoor photos but could be unlikely.....

And what did you do about your honeymoons?

Thanks xxx

We get married on sat and my cousin got married last year on the 18th november, we went for it because firstly its much cheaper and I hate being hot and sweaty figure there is only so many things you can take off but you can always add coats etc. I also love the bear trees and crisp days that winter can bring.

We are getting married next November. I have always wanted a winter wedding, it is my fave time of year and what I always pictured for my big day. Luckily OH is a winter fan too!!! We would have chosen December but it was already fully booked, and I wanted it to be pre-xmas as it is such an exciting time of year.

We had to choose to either have Sunday 17th, wait til Nov 2014 or choose a different venue. The Sunday won out!!!

We plan to honeymoon in st lucia, followed by a weekend at disneyland paris with our little girls.

Make sure you allow yourself enough "light" time for photos ..... service time after 2pm would be cutting it dangerously fine !

I got married nov 4th last yr- i love winter and wanted it to get dark early etc.. the weather was fab - only had the quick rain shower just before getting to church and after that it was a lovely mild day- our honeymoon was a weekend in manchester due to oh's illness.

We are getting married next November - 1/11/13 ? We mainly chose November as we both love this time of year and both suffer with terrible hayfever during the summer months so didn't really want to aim for the standard 'wedding season'.

As for honeymoon, we are looking at going to Mexico, can't wait to book something up!

We are having a Novmber Wedding!! 16th November 2013!

We got together on the 1st November 2005 so wanted to mark the occassion. I think winter can be all cosy and romantic too!

For our honeymoon we are asking for money and vouchers and literally going into the travel agent and saying we have £XX, where can we go! Could be Skegness hopefully somewhere a little warmer though! ?

I got married this time last year, my first wedding anniversary is on monday. It wasn't as cold last year as it was this year, just make sure you have something to cover your arms and be prepared for rain or snow

We're getting married on 17th November! Love November, love the autumn colours and going for walks and kicking the leaves in the brisk sunshine or wrapping up warm to watch fireworks.

We wanted 3rd November and fireworks but once we found our venue they didn't have the date or allow fireworks, oh well!!
