I'm not one to shout much on here, but this really has to be said, Lynsey is amazing. First class communication, ending up with a personal bespoke design that is just stunning, exactly right for me and how she did it when a few weeks ago I couldn't even tell her what I wanted or what I liked I do not know! I really cannot fault this lady for her work or her customer service. Thank you Lynsey! ?

    Sorry I've only just saw this after reading your email which was a delight to receive ?. I'm really pleased you liked the hair clip especially when you were so unsure about what would suit. 3d this is the clip
