Just wanted to say that I have had the best customer service in a long time from Rachel at Rachel Simpson Shoes.
Easy to deal with and their outlet section means you can get half price gorgeous shoes! Their warehouse staff are really picky, so when they say "worn for a photoshoot, some wear to the soles..." they really mean "no more than you will get as soon as you walk outside!!!!"
They didn't have the size I needed in the outlet store and so they sent a request to the warehouse to keep a lookout for me, I got an email back in 3 days saying that they had a pair on hold for me! They told me that the shoes were classed as factory seconds as there was a mark on the heel by the seam... I will tell you that I had to look bloody hard to find it!
