October is fast approaching - Time for a Flash :)

AlmostMrsS, 30 March, 2015 at 15:43 Posted on Planning 0 8

Hello Everyone!!

As October is fast approaching I thought I would do a little flash for you guys of some of the smaller things we have picked up and the bargains we have found. I have also got my Dress, my bridesmaids dresses and the cake ordered.

We are doing a lot of DIY to keep the costings down as much as possible and today we got the final pieces for our centre pieces just in time for our consultation with the florist tomorrow.

We are going for a very rustic and simple look with mostly neutral tones with small splashed of Navy Blue to tie in with my bridesmaids dresses, what we have created are a bargain, the crates were only 3.99 each and the class vases cost £5 for all three Smiley smile

The tallest vase will have the table number stuck into the cork and the two vases each side will have a simple assortment of flowers.

I have bought the candles for the Tables - I bought simple white votive candles from B&M store ( 6 Pack for 99p ) and I whipped out my hot glue gun and attached some of this Hessian twine I had left over from our invites.

I have also started putting together bits and bobs for the kids table so their centre piece will look something like this

I picked up my Flower girls accessories her basket was from The Range and was only £5.00 and her hair band is from Matalan and a bargain at only £3.5

Finally our sweet bar Smiley smile We found a fantastic deal on Eay - we got 9 plastic jars with lids, 50 bags and a scoop for less then £25.00 inc P&P

Here is a picture of a few of the Jars

I would love to hear what you guys think Smiley smile
