7 months! That's ridiculous! What reasons have they given?

That's shocking! I assume you have a contract, get in touch with Citizen's Advice and see what options are available to you. 7 months is a ridiculous time to wait!

I wish he'd fallen off a cliff - at least that'd be a half decent excuse! I can excuse the time a little with the fact that every time I need to see him, the guy in the office only works Mon, Tue and Fri... and I work shifts so have to find a coinciding day off which can make it several weeks before I can get there, but we've had no photos, wrong photos, wrong resolution photos and no communication issues too. I've been struggling with the wedding anyway and was hoping that the photos would help me look back with better memories, but at this point that whole affair is a bust imo and I've just stopped thinking about the wedding and have lost interest in the photos too ?

Thing that really irritates me is the cost - we've spent just shy of 3k and have nada to show for it ☹️

Website, Facebook, email, voicemail? Personally at this point I would be leaving messages everywhere to say you intend to take legal action against them. It's ridiculous.
