I have a friend who is like this. When we go out to eat he reserves your leftovers before you have even started eating. If you dare but your knife and fork down half way through the meal he immedately ask if your finished. It really boils my piss. I am at a wedding with him on friday and have warned the B2B that there is a chance I may stab him with my fork if he tries to eat my dinner.
