Officially half way!

Is the first year a struggle then? Congratulations on your half a year, and on your pregnancy! How exciting

I think (anecdotally) it can be a tough year for some. Not overly tough, but you have wedding comedown, maybe ttc pressures, and just settling into the mindset of being married, iykwim?

I love being able to say Husband and not partner! Plus, being married brings a whole level of reassurance and comfort that you have signed up to be with someone for life, whatever may happen along the way.

I just can't believe the time has gone so quickly!

Awwww, I can't wait to be able to say 'my husband' either. Jealous! Haha. And I guess the excitement from planning your big day is all over now as well.

We got married last July and although we have been together for 12 years, the last 8/9 months have been a real struggle.

Things are getting better now, but there have been points where I wished we hadn't got married and started looking into divorce.

Beat thing for us has been talking lots and telling each other how we felt.

The bad stuff hasn't been caused by getting married but by stresses at work on both sides which we have both dealt with negatively.
