    This is going to sound mildy sad, and like I really never had any proper ambition, but when I was a kid I really wanted to be a librarian!! I guess I never thought about pursuing the career when I left school because its not like it would have been a hard job to get into! lol. And to change now would just mean a crazy paycut. I think I loved the idea of putting books into some kind of order!! Perhaps its some weird OCD thing.....

    Ok my absolute dream job would be to work rehabiliting orangutans back to health and hopefully give them a second chance at life. Anything really to do with animals would be amazing but the orange furry friends are simply the best. If I didn't need to work to pay bills at the moment then H and I have already said I'd go on a 6 month break and volunteer at a orangutan rehab facility in Borneo. Babies will hopefully come along for us soon though so no chance of that happening for a very long time but hey you never know.

    If it wasn't an animal related job then I'd like your job Sloan.

    If I couldn't have that then tbh I have a pretty fantastic second job with the business and getting emails from brides saying they now have the perfect wedding accessories is such an amazing feeling.

    I always wanted to act. Not movie acting and massive fame, just on the stage earn a living acting. That would be the dream. x

    Why is it too late? Is there an age limit?

    When I was at school, I decided I wanted to be an interior designer. This was when Changing Rooms was the big thing.

    Later decided this wouldn't be a good idea as I have a habit of decorating in pink and purple (every room in my house apart from my sons room is either pink or purple)

    SNAP!

    Ever since I was little and my dad bought me a type writer. Then thought I would never be able to do it. So after I had my daughter I trained as a teacher, but my hearts not in it. So after the wedding im going to start writing a book (well already started planning), dreaming of becoming the next JK Rowling but most likely to stay in teaching {{sigh}}

    When I was younger I wanted to be a teacher, glad I went down the nanny route instead now though. If I wasn't doing this I'd like to work with horses or reptiles.

    Lynsey - I'm an animal nut too.

    When i was little my dream job was to be a vet, but I didn't like blood and only really loved cats... so I decided I wanted to be a vet that only looked after vets in my vet-van so I could travel the world.

    After I grew up a bit I found I'd love to be a counsellor and help people through their issues. I'm all set to do my masters (done my degree in psych and a few smaller counselling courses) but need the money. And the counselling world prefers people older than my 25year old self. Otherwise something that involved travelling and helping people (i've volunteered in Mexican Prisons, forgein orphanges etc. Nothing beats it).

    When I was a kid I had two dream jobs - I either wanted to e a detective (whether a private detective or working for the police force I didn't mind), or a journalist. My thoughts on that were that if I went into pit journalism I'd like to have been either a music or sports journalist, or if I'd gone into broadcast journalism I would love to have been a foreign corrspondent reporting from war zones. Don't know how I ended up in a job that tends to involve mathematical and analytical skills more than anything else, but I would still love to have a career that involved writing for a living in some capacity.
