Online guest photo sharing

Hello all,

newbie here, just wondering if anyone has opted for using an upload/share site for guest photos as a photography option?

have you chosen to use this on its own or with a photographer too?

Just wondering on other people's thoughts/ experiences!

    We're having a tog as it was something really important to both of us.

    However, I plan to set up a Dropbox folder that people can upload all their pics to, as I'd like to have some guest pics too.

    This is what we have booked! most people take pics on their mobiles these days and it means we get to see all the pics too :-)

    I just worry that I will never do anything with the pics... Lol and that a professional would be able to process the pics to make a "decent" album?

    arggh decisions decisions, lol

    Not something that can have hi res pics, but saw a good Wedding app this weekend called "Wedding Party" for Android and iphone, your guests can upload their photos of the wedding in real time so everyone can see the wedding from other's perspectives, good for big big weddings.

    If you were hoping to print or make an album from mobile phone pics though, I wouldn't rely on guest snaps, the resolution won't be enough.
