Oooooh - please help!!! Dress Dilemma!!

Hi all, been meaning to join you on here for a while.
Today was going to be our wedding day but we postponed it and now it's 9/1/2010!!!! Yayyyyyy!!!!

Just went back to the bridal shop and asked about 'THE' dress and they don't have it anymore. It was a year ago but part of me was hoping it might be on the sale rail.

We're marrying on a tight budget but don't even have a pic of this dress.

Where can I look?

I've tried all the usual secondhand dress websites / ebay / preloved etc.

It's by Margaret Lee 9859

Thinking I may even email them direct for an image tho doubt they'll let me have it. Bridal shop said they'll call them direct for me on monday too.

Surely someone had that dress last year and it's sitting in the loft

Any ideas?

I've looked on theire site and the 2007 & 2008 collections are on there, none of that style number!

Where in the country are you? Could you not go through the stockist list and call all the shops within reasonable distance? WHat did the dress look like?

I'VE FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Managed to get the local bridal shop to give me the code and a picture........... they then said they couldn't help me unless I bought it, so I called round Margaret Lee stockists and a fab lady at another shop has found the last one in the factory in Vietnam!

Just need to wait for it be sent over then I can try it on, fall in love again and pay a deposit. Because it's not being made any more, got a very good deal.
