Order Of Service

How will you insure that couples don't take one each then you have guests arriving behind them that aren't able to have one?

I have already thought that through lol and my ushers and bestman will be standing there handing them out, asking what family they are from to show them what side to sit and then asking if they are alone or together as the order of service is 1 between 2. Hoping that should work nicely. I will do a few extras in case that does extra but i don't want to have to do 100 order of services.

The other idea i had was to ask one of the ushers to lay the OfoS out on the chairs in the chapel 1 on every other chair!

We made 45 order of services for 68 guests

We've had 65 RSVPs (adults, plsu assorted children) for the ceremony and still waiting on another 8, so as a max we'll have 73. We're making 50 orders of service, mainly as the printers we are using do batches of 25!

If we count individual familes / pairings / singles then we have 44 'groups' so we thought 50 should be sufficient without expecting more than 2 related adults to share.
