I haven't but i'd be really interested in hearing any responses. I've been thinking about getting some for my fear of flying. It's got worse and worse for no reason, to the point where i had a panic attack on the plane on the way home from a friends hen trip to Majorca.

Really don't want it to bother me when we go on HM next year!!!

I have, twice, by a colleague who was training to be a hypnotherapist.

Both sessions worked fantastically - first time to help with insomnia, cured it almost immediately and I went from being a sleep-deprived zombie to completely fine and I now can't remember the last time I had a really terrible night's sleep. Although have to caveat this by saying that around this time we also moved from living on an incredibly noisy main road with the bedroom at the front and single glazing to a much quieter area, which I'm sure also had a lot to do with it.

Second time was to help with weight loss before my wedding - although I didn't consciously realise the hypnotism was having any effect, it must have done something as I lost a stone through just eating less, stopping eating when I was full etc which is what it was supposed to help me do.

At the time I thought it really wasn't working, I felt fully conscious all the way through and could hear what the girl was saying - but afterwards she said that I'd been displaying all the signs of being 'under' and it definitely worked. I'd totally recommend it.
