O/T -Diet -How have you done this week?

Morning!! How have we all done this week on our diets?? I haven't done so good, I started off with 1 stone 7lbs to lose, But now have 1stone and 9lbs. So thats a gain of 2lbs. Booooo!! I'm going to really concentrate on being good this week though!! How's everyone else diets going?? Lxx

    I bought wii fit plus yesterday but havent taken the cellophane off! Since i started driving I have really put on weight and i'm too scared to stand on the scales! When I got married I failed to lose weight and I put it on and my 5ft 1 frame was weighing in at 12 stone 10lbs on my wedding day. I'm more than that now for sure....

    I had two thorntons chocs for brekkie today Smiley sad They were just sitting there! I've had them since xmas.......

    Despite sticking to my diet religiously, when i weighed myself the other day I had gained 2lbs, I was gutted, so haven't weighed myself today...

    Mother natures visiting though so that doesn't help!!

    when i went to SW on Wednesday i'd lost 4lbs, so was over the moon! I got the slimmer of the week award too, so got a new certificate for the fridge door to keep me focused!!

    Another loss this wednesday im hoping.

    Stopped counting calories, just eating healthier, trying to do some form of exercise each day and drinking wine only at weekends (although my brother pointed out Saturday night, drinking and eating my weekly calorie allowance in one drunken night isnt helpful) I have successfully lost 2lbs this week! Yay!

    Official weigh in today was 3lbs lost, which is pretty good considering I had mcdonalds on saturday!

    I'm doing WW online, so generally ok as long as I'm sticking to my points. Today was our anniversary so had a naughty dinner and pudding, and Thorntons continental! Tomorrow I am going to have to be EXTRA good....target for this week is 2lbs!

    Well done Laura!!!

    Well I finally bit the bullet, after the dissapointing "2lbs" gain during the week, which I'm putting down simply to my TOTM. I am now back down those 2lbs. I'm a slow starter though, so this week should hopefully be better!!

    I am trying to be a good girl but it doesn't help when my OH orders me chocolate bars from America! Mmmmmm Fudge Snickers...... (Which BTW had no fudge, but loads of Peanut butter?!?!?)

    Fingers crossed for at least 1lb off this week!! ?

    I only have 1stone and 8lbs to go! Yippeeeee!!!!

    I started my diet on Wednesday and so far have lost 5lbs.

    I'm doing WW online, but I have crap motivation at the moment, so am lucky for that loss!

    I want to lose 3 stone in total and keep it off!

    I lost 2lb, I'm not necessarily on a diet , have just started eating healthily. Want to lose maybe another 6lb.

    Well weigh day does come round a bit bloomin quick doesn't it! One pound off this week. Not as much as I'd hoped but it's still a loss, and definitely better than the recent gains I've had lately. Fingers crossed this is the way it'll go from now on.

    Sounds like you're all doing well. Slowly & steadily is the way to go. I've now lost 4lbs in the last 2 weeks (2 for each week). Think I've only lost 1 this week but I'll still be happy with that.

    Just got back from my WW meeting- 2.5lbs lost this week! yay!

    I'm so pleased, after a thoroughly rubbish day (car blew up on motorway, i sat for an hour halfway down an embankment, freezing and terrified awaiting rescue)- 6.5lbs to go before 13th Feb for my first dress shopping session, and under 2st until my goal now! Wooo xxx

    Hey all!

    Managed to scrape another 2.5lbs off thats for last week and this week... AND with alchohol from my bday.

    hoping to do more then 1lb this week! 8lbs away from goal!!!

    Not so good this week, haven't lost a thing, but then it's not gone up either.

    I'm still disapointed though as I've been really good and have walked to and from work every day. Oh well there is always next week.

    I was the same last week, but no change is better than a gain.

    Oh I might as well join yous lol.....right, pre xmas weight.....15st8lb....post xmas weight 16st3lb (oh dear)....lost 4 1/2lb last week and 1lb this week...Halleluja, another 3.5lb to go till pre xmas weight....Am determined to do that till next Wednesday. Oh yeh, total weight loss up to this week 4st7lb

    Lost 2lb today! Was hoping for 3lb but happy with that. 8.5lb in just under 2 weeks!!! Yay!

    Hungry tonight and looking forward to a Saturday night treat tomorrow! ? Craving something nice and sugary for the first time tonight, mmmmm cake......

    Thought I'd only lost 1lb but have managed 2lbs this week! So happy. Been watching the episodes that I recorded of my big fat diet show which are very informative.

    Yey, well done Bailey

    Does anyone fancy a bit of a challenge to spur us all on? For example we could set ourselves individual targets to hit by a certain date (maybe 1st April?) and keep a weekly total of how much we lost as a group by then. I've got alot to lose and would like to lose 10lbs by then. That'd be a pound a week.

    Just an idea, what do you think?

    There used to be someone who used to keep weight tracker over on the weight loss forum. People would say how much they wanted to lose each month and track their loose. Would be a great idea if we could do something like this Allgold.

    I think thats a good idea! I need motivation!!

    Also, I'm going to be doing the Cancer Research race for life this year, as some people close to me have been affected by it either directly or someone close to them. So that should help me shift the pounds!! I can't wait to start training for it, as I really need motivation and what a better way to do it than for charity!!

    I need to lose 1stone and 7lbs, I keep a diary of what I've lost each week anyway, and I don't mind sharing on here, as I do need to be "shamed" into my weight loss at times!! lol

    I'm embarassed to admit my weight but my current BMI is 22.7. Target is a BMI of 21.

    So I have 11lbs to lose! I had already lost 11lb before Christmas by eating **** cals a day and going to the gym 3 times a week. I was losing a steady 1lb a week so fingers crossed by April I'll reach my target!

    I'm changing mine. Need to push myself. I'm going for 15lbs instead. That's 1.5 a week.

    Does anyone mind if I still check in with this thread and try to lose weight but don't actually join the challenge? I have a history of eating disorders and the whole 'challenge' part of it wouldn't be the healthiest thing for me right now. I'd still like to be a part of it, though, just not in a competitive way (if that makes any sense at all)!
