Charming Claire!!! It's only 10 weeks though, that's not a massive amount of time and it needs to be realistic. Have you set yours at an easily achievable target or are you challenging yourself a bit?

I've done awful this week. Didn't lose a thing even though I've been eating healthy and stepping up exercise. ☹️

Keep going hun. It might be turning to muscle and that weighs more but is a fantastic thing. Have you measured yourself? Sometimes you lose inches rather than weight.

I haven't gotten around to getting a tape measure just yet, but I will soon.

It's disheartening as I am rather overweight and was told I should lose quite a bit in the fast few weeks, but so far nothing at all!

Only 7 months til the wedding and I would like to lose about 4/5 stone. Seems ridiculously out of reach at the moment..

Not necessarily. I go to SW and have been having a rough time of it lately and was really disappointed with this week's 1lb loss but the class leader said it's actually very good because if you do 1lb a week that's 4 stone in a year. If you work hard enough it's definitely possible. I'm clinging to that thought with dear life, lol.

    2 weeks on WW now....

just weighed myself and I've lost 2lbs. This is nothing short of miraculous given what I ate at Coombe Abbey this weekend. However I did get down the gym last night (I was feeling SO guilty! haha) and worked so hard. I swear I felt like I was going to pass out when I sat down in my car, hopefully I reversed a bit of the damage I did.

Anyways, 2 weeks 5 lbs in total...which is a big dent I think. This week's challenge is to go to the gym three times and to not eat crisps. I'm hoping that my wedding dress will be here this week.......and I would really like to fit into it properly!

Well done on everyone's losses......and again to those struggling, change just one bad habit it really does help.

Yes exactly what allgold said. You really do need muscle, you burn a lot more calories when you have them! So although you may have an initial plateau or even gain when you start doing more exercise, it will mean a better weight loss in the end plus more definition when you do get to goal. Keep going felicity, we all have weeks like this xx

1lb is still a loss though! Thats half a bag of sugar of fat and as your leader said thats a lot of weight over a year! Imagine 52 half bags of sugar of fat dropping off your body! Smiley laugh

Keep losing them 1lbs every week, they soon add up Smiley laugh
