My ticker shows how I've done since May - I've lost 21lbs which was my target but now I'm going for 25. I do think it works, but you could probably do it without if you cut down on bread and ensure 1/3rd your plate is healthy veg ?

Out of the two I think weight watchers is a much better diet! my friend has lost 35lbs since June and she looks great. I stopped because of baby!

Weight loss is horrible and hard Smiley sad Good luck where ever you go! x

My step mom started Slimming world in Jan 2009.

At that time she was a size 16-18. My our holiday in October she was down to a size 8-10.

Yes she had to cut down on somethings, but she still goes out for indians, we had choccy fudge cake at the weekend and she and Dad still have cooked english breaky (not fried).

I would do it myself but where I work supplies all my food so following a diet is impossible!

I started SW in January and have lost 2 and a half stone and am now at my target weight. I've never tried another diet so have nothing to compare it too however I can't see how anything can be as easy as (and work as well as) SW x
