O/T how do i put my pic up?

Hi ladies.

just wondering if any of the lovely hitched ladies could help me with putting a avatar up? how do i do that?
have looked on edit profile .. xx

    Go to member area, top right, then select my profile. A box should come up with 3 options, the one on the right is forum prefences. Click that, then just underneath there is a load of squished text - click avatar and then load the pic you want. Shimples!

    If none of that made sense I'm sure someone better will be along soon!
