OT How many calories....

Gillsy, 26 December, 2009 at 15:39 Posted on Planning 0 3

.....do you think you consumed yesterday????

I'd have an educated guess of around 3000 (give or take) for me. Had 2 starters and 3 sweets (well you have to sample everything that is on offer) and felt awful once I got home last night. Am suprised I actually wanted to eat anything today but managed a spot of breakfast before me and OH headed out for a walk.

Did anybody else feel like a stuffed turkey last night when they went to bed???

Do you mean all day or just for your Christmas dinner?

2000 is normal for the average woman for the whole day- so nothing to be ashamed of!

About 50! All I could manage was a baby portion of mash for dinner and no drink! Was ill most of the day, but hoping to make up for it today with a Boxing day feast! January is for dieting Smiley tongue

I've been dieting for a couple of months now and wanted to allow myself anything I wanted on Christmas day but my eyes were totally bigger than my stomach. I counted it all yesterday (calorie counting is a bit of an obsession for me) and I got to 2081.

However, Kenny and I are having our Boxing Day dinner (we cook another Xmas dinner just for the two of us) and I've had another 1976 today.

    Diet starts again tomorrow! ?
