I think I will be too! H and I are away for the weekend for his cousin's birthday and I'm sure alcohol will play a large role! Actually, I'm off to Waitrose at lunch to pick up some supplies....

Don't think I'll be out drinking this weekend - still recovering from my 11 hour drinking session last saturday night. Got to bed just before 7am!!!!! lol

I have (an ever increasing number of) friends coming for dinner Saturday night but once dinner has been eaten I will be working my way through whatever we have in the house ? We started with 6 friends coming and somehow it's escalated to 9 or 10.

Nope, nothing worng with that! I am counting down the hours until i can have my first large glass of wine!! Its been a long week for me!!!

Glad to hear it's not just me! ? It was my payday on Wednesday too so that does make it all the more sweet!

Very jealous! I've just been paid but all the money's gone straight out, but ther is a nice bottle pf wine in the fridge waiting for me when I get home

As we've been paid, it's going to be "Tequila Friday" ..yay.... not with the manky Jose Curwotsit stuff you get in pubs and have with lime & salt, but the lovely imported, clear, chilled Silver Patron.... I'm dribbling at the thought of it!!!

My b*llocked night is tomorrow! Just made the punch and vodka jellies for the party tomorrow night...if they last that long ?

I've got a sprained ankle so it's medicinal too. when i first did it was so painful and we were on holiday in cornwall. took paracetamol with codeine and sat in a bar with a rum and coke looking at the sea, was most effective!!

In honour of our recent big day the bar has some specials on, recreating our welcome drinks: Bellinis (prosecco with peach juice) and Cava with Creme de Mure (blackberry liqueur) with a frozen blackberry floating in it.

Sounds wonderful to me, i think i'm going to drag oh for a couple tonight then got a wedding tomorrow night yey!!! And going out for dinner on Sunday so probably a couple then too. Bloomin eck i sound a lush!!!!

ah sod it so what, bin hectic week bring it on.......................

Even more reason to celebrate for me now too, as we've just received a quote for our honeymoon that we are 100% happy with, and I'm going to book it in half an hour when I finish work! Woohoo! ?
