I use a fantastic lady called Jan Miller Designs and she uses beautiful stones and cyrstals. She's very reasonable too. She'll produce a number of different designs and styles until it's right at no extra charge.

Well I have all those colours of Swarovski crystals in stock so could do some mock up designs so you can see them before making any decision. I'll email you this afternoon as I don't have access to flickr right now where all my pics are saved.
