    Its for two feet, stirrups?

    I hook my feet in and I do the following made up exercises;

    Bend knees and lower my back down to the floor but dont go all the way.

    Lie on floor with feet in air, lower legs as I slide the handle down my body, bring up handle and raise my legs.

    I also use it to tone my arms - sitting upright and cupping the handle like I was holding bar bells and I pull up and relax, pull up and relax..

    i just figure out how many ways i can use the damn thing lol..

    Hate to say it but you need to do cardio exercise to get rid of it, if you rely on toning exercises you will tone up but it won't remove the muffin top, the toning will go under it so the majority of your hard work won't be seen. Even 30 minutes of fast walking (if you don't normally do that) will make the difference, but really the best things are running, rowing and cycling.....(sorry!)

    I do two 20 minute sessions a week on one of these http://www.bodyaction.co.uk/. It's simply to help tone up (apparently 10 mins is the equivalent to an hour in the gym!) and won't do anything in terms of improving cardio fitness or anything but I've really noticed an improvement and there's loads of different excersices you can do. Bit pricey to buy so I use the one in our local tanning salon - beats going to the gym hehe.

    How long did you get for £25? I think the one I use is £5.00 for one session (10 mins) or £30 for 12 sessions.

    I initially started using it to look better in my LBD for the Xmas Party and have got hooked....
