OT Okay hands up, who had snow? (Even if its melted now)

We didn't, it's just been bloody freezing!!

We did, which is very unusual as normally our location of by the sea means we don't get anything unless its really bad elsewhere... its gone now but sat here looking out my lounge windows over the North Sea, man it looks like its going to do something BAAAAAD - the skys got that purple look to it .... its either snow or Armageddon!

We had snow here up in Northumberland, we live by the sea too Mrs SP! We had snow yesterday as well.

We had snow last night. It was all pretty and white when I was coming home at 4am. Its all gone now though ☹️

We'll it was a few flakes for 5 min minutes falling from the sky, nothing lay and its really uncommon for us too as we live in a seaside town (though no where near the beach).

Its freezing here and our sky is a very funny colour!!

Its making me want to put up our Christmas decorations? but that would involve getting S to go up the loft to life them down so I'll wait to next weekend, also its pay day next weekend which means we can get the bits down to test them and then go out and replace anything thats old looking or broken!!

Well its been chucking it down with rain and then randomly sunny.

But as everyone else has said the sky is now a funny colour - either more rain or as Mrs SP said, Armageddon

And I am feelling all Xmassy too - tree is going up next weekend, as I'm Jewish I figure I can put it up as early as I like!!

it started about 2am and when we woke it was like a big picture postcard. Sooo glad we did the flitting last night! its still nice and white outside....

Its now dark, and neither snow nor armageddon arrived so I guess we're OK!

We did... it was snowing at 8am when I had to leave my comfy, warm bed for a "comfort break" ?

Went back to bed to wake OH up with the news, partially blinded him when I made him look out the window... 5 mins later it was all over.... until the next time!

I would love to wake up in the morning to a blanket of snow and for mini Summers' school to be closed. In 7 years I've never been able to take him out for a snowball fight!

Hmmmm me and Stupidboy are going back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks off, I wish we could be snowed in and stay in our flat...

PrincessBeccy - "comfort break" ?

I could be having my first snowy driving lesson tomorrow but then my corsa is fitted with a winter drive button.....but its not due to snow tomorrow...

we've been day dreaming about getting that cottage and being snowed in.......

We had snow/sleat, but it didnt settle, it was just wet and miserable and bloody freezing

We had snow, and h2b had to go and play football in it! then half way through the match it started to rain very heavily! poor guys! He said his bones were cold all day hehe

Had a bit of snow yesterday morning. But it soon turned to driving rain! Really cold still this morning - I nearly froze waiting for the train!

It's this sort of weather which makes me want to hibernate!
