Yay congraulations! I hope it sells quickly for you!

We had ours valued three times this week, hopefully we can put it on the market next week, we are just waiting to meet our financial advisor again at the beginning of next week to tell us whether we can definately afford to move! Fingers crossed...we want a 'family' home now!

I never know what to believe in the news. Some say its getting better some say its getting worse. If we can be in a new house by xmas I would be happy.

I am addicted to rightmove too, some houses are truly awful tho! I like looking at the ones over £1Million and dreaming.

Teehee - Do you think we can ask Darren for a house movers forum on OT?

Looking forward to buying house magazines now I can't buy wedding mags anymore

I would have thought he would have got the hint by now, from me dropping it into most convos here but I tink it needs to be about homes more than just moving????

That way, anyone whos an estate agent, a plumber or a decorator can join in toooooo lololol.

who knows! I'm trying soooo hard not to go a bit crazy in the house sales at the moment. I went to TK maxx yesterday and came away with anotherrrrrrrrrrrrrr photo frame, some granite coasters and some tea towels..... We have still to spend our wedding vouchers too! The other day I left debenhams with placemats and coasters for our new dining table, picture frame, silver plated napkin rings and more tea towels - and that was wedding money..... I'm like a kid in a sweet shop!

Hehehehe know what you mean. And when you see a stack of good quality TTs going for 3.50 instead of £7, you snap those up! The supermarket ones are just rags now..... but might keep them for his garage.....

well today, we are off to meet our new neighbours as they are throwing a wet bbq for the chap we are buying from so we got invited along too...... after i've driven down to Clackmannanshire to find where one of my schools are, eeek!

Congrats that your house is up for sale. we have just sold our first home and have bought our second. we are just waiting for it all to go thro. its been a long time coming as it was on the market for nearly 10 months. bit of advice: do not believe all the estate agent tells you as they get commission out of your house... we had to drop our price 2 times and lost out by 14,000 but hopfully yours will be different... its so exciting and nervewraking buying a house together... good luck?

Oooh so you can meet the new neighbours. I am obsessed with my neighbours they are weird. Hope yours are normal! Good luck with the driving, you will be fine and doing 70 on motorways in no time. I hated the motorway at first then realised there is no other way to get to all the good shops!

LOL Mel, I was wondering if someone would ask that!! A wet BBQ is when everyone is standing in the RAIN! LOL...Fortunately, the sun has appeared.

We are with the House Network so we have our own account on their site and it shoes you how many hits on there.

we are up to 16 but I think one of them is my mum!

I am trying not to get my hopes up as I just don't know what to expect. I have also never bought a house before so its all new to me. What a lot of faffing about with HIP packs and the like.

Where are you looking to move to Cheska? Are you staying in Warrington?

We have no idea at the moment. We are actually on the outskirts of Runcorn (I don't often advertise that!) but we work in Warrington. So we will be staying round about Warrington area somewhere, not in Runcorn tho!

I like all the expensive areas but sadly they are out of budget!
