Just a rant...busy busy day at work cos people are off sick...so im busying around (not even time for hitching this morning!! sad times!) so i nip home at lunch to chill out and get away.
i open the post (as i feed the cat and make a drink as you do) to find a letter from the venue we booked a couple fo weeks ago..theyve double booked our date(MAY 2012?! how can they do that THAT far in advance!!!) and cant find the paper work that we signed to show the date in which we booked it!! as if my day wasnt bad enough!
So basically, weve got to go there tonight and take our form to show we signed before this other couple!! Il be GUTTED if we didnt, as this is the venue ive wanted since i was 16!!!!

What a palarva last night!! we go straight down to the venue(3mins down the rd luckily) armed with paperwork and cross faces.......and we are waiting25mins for the co ordinator women to see us...........turns out we HAD signed paid deposit before this other couple, and the venue were so so sorry, offering all apologises under the sun etcetc........and as way of apology they will supply a toastmaster in the package at no extra cost!!!
