O/T Spray Tan Advice

When i was BM for my best mate i had a spray tan as the 'orrid dress made me look almost yellow without it lol

I had Xen tan i think it was called and had it the day before but echo what Tricks said, exfoliate before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only use St Tropez or Fake Bake. After trying probably every brand of spray tan known to man will never use anything but these. Avoid 'California Tan' at all costs!

Oh and make sure the clothes you wear to the tan are dark & loose. I would make sure you don't have anything planned for at least the next few hours so that you don't smudge any of it.

Yep! I had a Fake Bake spray tan last week at about 9am but HAD to go to Bluewater later that day to pick up some things. It was baking hot and I was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a black baggy jumper and since I was still 'developing' and hadn't washed off the bronzer yet it looked like I hadn't bothered washing my face in weeks! Got more than a few weird looks....

So it was you was it ?

Thanks ladies...sorry for the late reply, was OH's birthday yesterday so had a mad evening and didn't get chance to pop on again until this morning!

Need to start looking around for people to do it for me...wedding is in Warrington, don't suppose anyone has any recomendations for that area do they?

I too will need to get a spray tan done for the first time and am so grateful to read these posts! I was just thinking of going to one of the local salons which for me is great sankey, warrington, the salon at the top of Barrow Hall Lane or maybe the one by the Butchers Arms, havent looked at prices yet. I would be hugely grateful though, if you're pleased with your results, if you'd let me know where you end up going as im still a couple of months off needing to book one. Thanks x
