Because I've been given several packets of Trident chewy and it says it's 175 calories per 100g..
so my question is, how can that be if you're not supposed to eat chewing gum? and the packet doesn't even say how many grams each chewing gum is...so what are these 175 calories based on? is it 100g of chewy-flavoured saliva that is 175 calories?
I'm confused...I had a 2 hour London-Manchester train journey to ponder the whole thing and I'm still none the wiser.
