    Haha I thought that looked welsh and a quick google tells me it is.

    Welsh

    It's my favourite Welsh word. It's used to mean a cuddle, but I think it literally means a "safe place", which I think is quite sweet.

    My friend will say 'cwtch up' to her hubby when she wants to snuggle on the sofa or when someone is cold or 'feeling nesh' she suggests a cwth!

    The word cwtch has never got on up here.. we say 'mwythau' ? i'm not a fan of the word cwtch ?
