I presume you are confirming your menus at the meeting??? So you'll need that, your buffet selection (if you're having one) and drinks package and any other food you are having through the day.

Not sure what questions you'll have yourself but maybe things like whos going to decorate the tables, put out the favours etc. Will the venue be providing menus, table plans, place cards, table name cards printed or do you need to do this.

Heres some questions they asked me that I wasn't expecting - rough numbers for day and night, will there be a receiving line and will it be the B&G only or the whole wedding party, how should the seating be for the ceremony - mixed or B side and G side, I was asked to provide details of my suppliers ie band, florist, cake maker etc, when do you want the evening buffet to start, are you having favours and what are they, do you want the 1st dance to be the B&G only or rest of wedding party joining in?

Cant think of anything else just now but I know I went down with about 100 questions when I went in September....lol

Don't fear, teh questions will come back to you as she talks! Do you have questions avout ceremony?music? transport?reception?menus? guest list? presents? speeches? flowers? entertainment? cake? numbers for evening do?....I can't think of anything else to ask.....
