I have a dress a bit like this but plainer, without the sequins and I think although it has a high sitting neck, not quite as high as this. I was considering wearing it out over Christmas but I have a few worries.

I'm not sure whether to wear it as I'm more into covering myself/legs up atm and have never had particularly good legs... wwyd? Go for it or wear trousers/crop trousers? I'm currently a size 14 but was more of a 10/12 this time last year ?

If wearing it, what sort of shoes would you wear with it? I have silver sandal types which I think go well but they have an ankle strap which isn't very flattering.

Helup please!

    Crop trousers would look odd I think. I'm not to keen on the thought of trousers either.

    I'd wear the dress with opaque tights, silver shoe/boot type things would look nice.

    Oops sorry mxi I meant this or trousers with something else!

    I think tights make my legs look bigger ☹️

    Lol, sorry I'm half asleep.

    I'd go for it, i'm a 14-16 just now and love black opaque tights - so slimming!

    Are these shoe/booty enough? https://www.aldoshoes.com/uk/women/shoes/dress-fashion/71894822-luedi I really like them I'm just not sure how flattering they are.

    I have some fab purple booties but not sure they'd go/would do my legs any favours. Gaaah I'm such a nightmare ?

    I'm not keen on those shoes tbh, I think they'll look a bit too bulky for your dress. Mind you i'm a nightmare too ?

    These are nice;
