Just been to an orthopaedic outpatient appointment as I have been having problems with my wrist. Diagnosed with tendonitis in my wrist and so the doctor injected it with steroids today.......Owwwww!!!
I am now off sick for 3 days. He told me it would go numb for a couple of hours and then would be sore. It is numb now but also quite painful, I hate to think how much worse it is going to get!!!
He also thinks that I may have a ganglion in the ball of my thumb as I am getting pain there and that is not connected to the wrist pain. Might need some further investigations into that.......
Has anyone else ever had this sort of problem before?
Thanks
