Own bouquets...please flash

teapotty, 27 March, 2012 at 11:15 Posted on Planning 0 4

I have booked a florist but now i'm thinking of soing some of our flowers myself. Has anyone else done BM bouquets and coudl you flash these? I'm worried they will turn out crap and I'll end up spending even more than I first planned as I'll still have to ask florist to do them!!!

Thanks.

My mum did my bouquet and I loved it, although I feel it was hard work for her and she had to get up early on my wedding day to do it. We bought the roses the day before from M&S and she cut down the orchids on the day from her own personal collection.

I'd say the one bouquet was okay but I'd worry about making more than one.

I have close-up photos on my home computer so will flash when I get back from work, but you can see the bouquet here:

this is my bouquet. my aunt made it for me in one hour after my original was delivered and it was too small. we went to a craft place and it cost £24, and we also used the tiny original flowers too. i am very pleased with it!
