Page layout issue

I've got an issue reading the forums where the Hitched banner and nav bar at the top has gone off to the right of the page and the copyright bar is appearing halfway down the page, obscuring the text. I've got IE9 if that helps and was working fine before today.

    Hi,

    Just wanted to check that everything is ok with the layout now. We've got a bug with the toolbar on some versions of IE not opening but hopefully its not effecting use of the site.
