I had them (there's probably a pic on my report somewhere) and I loved them. I just got them from ebay, green and white ones and pink and white ones

A friend had them at her 30th birthday party recently (she had a 'tea party' theme going on) and whilst they were cute, I found it got quite soggy and turned to mush after a few top ups! They look very pretty, but you might find people just use them for one or two drinks then they get abandoned - if this doesn't bother you then go for it!

We're having yellow and blue striped ones because they fit with our old-skool British seaside theme. I personally like them! To be honest, I don't think people will use ours unless they like to drink wine through straws? (Hmmmmm.........*idea*!)

For those who have had them before, did you just give them to the venue to sort out? Sorry if I sound stupid....I don't know how my venue is laying the tables out and I'm not sure if we are just having wine glasses or not! I didn't know paper straws existed and they are cute and now I want them for that reason!

Haha yes not sure it would matter with wine, unless people wanted to have a laugh and try a straw. I was drinking Shloer (sp?) through mine at the 30th party!
