I wonder if you could help me. A little bit of background:
My maiden name is Smith (t’isn’t really but y’know)
My married name is Jones
I am getting divorced but have already changed my name BACK to Smith by deed poll.
Does the deed poll document cancel everything else out? As in, if I’m changing my name from Jones back to Smith on my passport, all I need to do is send my deed poll docs? They don’t need to know anything else?
My brain hurts.
