Passport Q

Ann-Louise, 25 March, 2009 at 16:13 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 2

I'm sending off for my kids first passports. I've entered my passport number on the form as ID for myself but it's in my maiden name. Will i just need to send my marriage cert to show the change of name?

TIA

Does it matter that your name is different? Doesn't it say in the paperwork anywhere? You could always do check and send at the PO.

Whose change of name? If your passport is in your maiden name, just put that down. Lots of women don't have the same name as their husbands or children (or have I misunderstood the question?)
