pc to apple advice

Hello,

I have just bought my first Apple, Mr MF is just setting it up for me and he has asked me to ask (now I might get this wrong as I wasn't really listening, so it may not make sense)

Has anyone transferred e mails and i tune from a pc to an apple and if so how?

Thank you in advance and sorry if I have got it completely wrong, will ask him to repeat what he said when he comes back x

Mr P he say:

Itunes: Can you copy them onto an external harddrive then reimport to the mac?

Emails: www.littlemachines.com o2m apparently. It is $10 but according to him in the know it is worth it and very easy.
