PDF help, I have been sent an PDF form through email

From my solicitor who needs me to complete it and send back via email but I can't find a way to put text on it. What am I doing wrong?

Anyone help? Thanks x

    You can't add text to a PDF file as far as I am aware. You would need to print it out and scan it to send it back to him.

    What MrsSW said, unless you have a PDF editing programme (which is a bit specialist really) - I'd ask them to send it as a word doc instead (to save the printing/scanning hassle and also because I hate lazy useless solicitors!)

    If you have Adobe creator then you can edit. If you've only got Adobe reader then you can't edit.

    Thanks, ive ended up printing it out and going to send it through the post, unfortuantly I think my solicitors are known for the crapness (According to the moneysavingexpert site anyway).
