I didn't get it either. I hate personalised plates. It's an awful lot of hassle as well - why would you bother?

My sister's H just bought one and my sister has to have it on her car as his is too old ? It's something like MC54 XXX which is meant to look like their surname, which is MCLA XXX. Except IMO 54 looks nothing like LA so who knows what he was thinking.

I saw DEA11S today, with tape or something joining the twos '1's to make an 'N'. I couldn't decide which aspect pissed me off more - the mere fact of the personalisation; the tape making it unlawful or the missing apostrophe. Yuk. In fact, is there someone I can report it to? Sooooo tempted.

Well quite, If they are going to use tape the least they could do is add the apostrophe!
