When I saw the thread name I was a little concerned that you meant for the wedding, in which case I would say they were probably not appropriate (then again I don't know what the theme is for your wedding!) but for a hen night it seems a bit mean to ban them.

Nah, we rang and asked if hen parties were welcome and they started on about penis straws as a preemptive strike!

I can't wait to suck on a lovely penis straw, I will be so disappointed if my girls and gays don't pull out as many penis shaped things as possible (except a real one).

I was the opposite to this prior to my hen and spoke of a tacky free hen do, but on the weekend of the hen I loved all the tackiness!!! Fortunately my Bm's realised this and brought loads of penis shaped things, straws, massive inflatable penises, water pistols and hats!!

How about go for your meal in Las iguanas willy free then use them later on in other bars? I know in Alma etc you cant even wear hen sashes!

I went to a village hotel on the Wirral for a themed night/spa day so we could do what we wanted! We had another night in Manchester willie/sash free!

I'm only kidding about wanting them, Vanillapod. I was just surprised it was like the first thing they mentioned (how niave of me!).

I went to a hen weekend in liverpool where we had willy straws on the train, everyone loved them even the 70 year old that asked if she could use one to drink her drink!!

Ditto- my 65 year old mum loved them too. Mucky mare.

We went to Los Iguanas in Liverpool one on saturday for our meal before and they didn't even mention it when we pulled the willy straws out of the bag!

It was really busy and maybe they didn't notice! We did get them out in Alma de Cuba as well towards the end of the night and no one said anyhitng, we did have to take our sashes off though

Just get them out and they probably won't say anything!
