Can anyone reccomend a good photographer in Medway or surrounding areas in Kent? I'm looking for someone non-intrusive who is also willing to be flexible about building our own package. He also need to be good at photographing pale people, my skin has a habit of relecting light back and making me look like a ghost ( not sure a white dress will help either....)

Hi Laceyladey. I do cover your area and have experienced skin tonation that you describe. On one wedding I had a bride who was from the Carribean and was jet black marrying a guy who was knicknamed "Snowy Albino". The difference was a challenge althougth the lighting control I put on the wedding brought positive comments from both sides of the families involved when they saw the results.....

Sadly, there are no examples of this on my website, although if interested, please do drop me an email...

I would also recommend that you check out Captured!byRuss who is a Kent based photographer.

Hi Laceyladey, Pixcellence wedding photography can definately cover that for you.We provide wedding photography in Kent and are very experienced with contrasts in skin tones. It would be useful to know your wedding date, so that we can check our availability, but if you fill in a contact form on the wedding photography website then I will send you details. We have a complete range of wedding photography packages and all of them can be modified if you can't find exactly what you need.

    Hi,

i'm a professional photographer and I cover Kent. I'm also very experienced with working with pale skin. It really doesn't present an issue to a skilled photographer.

    Hi there,

I'm a wedding photographer based out of London but I cover the Kent area too. My packages are really flexible - I often suggest that we build on the credit crunch package which is £500 - we could just add additional hours to suit your needs. I include a DVD with all your photos high res as part of every package I offer. With regards to your skin tone - it's all about exposure and, having shot both commercial fashion and weddings for a long time, I wouldn't envisage having any problems.

Do let me know if you'd be interested in meeting up or if you want to find out more.

    Best,

    Stefan

Hi. I'm based just a few miles up the road from you (outskirts of Gravesend) and I have an a la carte booking system, no packages just pick what you need.

My website is http://elizaclairephotography.com - I'm just rebuilding the portfolio + pricing on there at the moment but you can see my pricing on http://blog.elizaclairephotography.com/pricing-information/ and all of my images on www.flickr.com/lizhankins

I am predominantly a natural light photographer, and don't have any problems exposing for varying skintones. If you have any questions or you want to see more of my work, drop me an email at ****@**********************.***

    Hi Laceylady

I would definately recommend my photographer. Your skin tone sounds like mine (I'm a red head, my skin is almost blue it's so pale & I never tan). Our wedding was in a few weeks ago now (I can't believe it's gone so quickly) but we saw the photographs last night and they're just stunning. I even quite like myself in them which is a definate first. Our photographer was Sean Gannon ( https://www.lumosia.com ) and his style was really unobtrusive and natural. I think he's based around london somewhere but I know he travels all over the place for weddings.

    Goodluck
