Photographer needed...help!

Lauradee, 21 April, 2013 at 09:21 Posted on Planning 0 11

Hi everyone!

I found a wonderful photographer, the problem is my bridesmaids don't like her as they know her socially! So I have been on the Internet googling constantly to find a relaxed, contempary photographer at a reasonable cost! Has anyone got any recommendations for a photographer in Birmingham area?

Thanks guys!

    Hi Laura

It would probably help people if you stated your budget and wedding date. That way HIB's can let you know if they are available and within budget.

This is who is doing ours:

Don't know if it is the kind of style you want, but the cost is reasonable! It depends on where you are in Birmingham I expect as to whether she would travel- she is coming to us in Coventry area.

She is really lovely and seems very flexible.

Hey Laura, I'm not based in the Bham area but I shot my first ever wedding there so I'm happy to travel there. I adopt a very relaxed style with a creative finish. Feel free to check out my work to see if it's what you had in mind!

I would say the problem your bridesmaid has is solely that of the bridesmaid.

Unless they've had a fight or something equally severe of course.

She could always uninvite herself. I mean, it could go on forever. Your mum can't stand the smell of lamb so you have to have chicken. Your Uncle could be partial to Lemon sponge so anything else 'just won't do' etc....

It's your wedding, why compromise to please other people?

We're in Birmingham! We might be a little over budget depending on what coverage/products you want but happy to have a chat to see what we can do. (Ps our website is done for some maintenance this morning so have a look at our Facebook page for an idea of our style: https://www.facebook.com/JCharltonPhotography

Which venue have you gone for?

2 out of the 4 bridesmaids have a problem with her, and they are serious reasons why, so can't have her.
