Some guest photos from my daughter's wedding on the 17th Feb. (The second cake - and photo in front -
is for her grandparents who were celebrating their 56th wedding anniversary on the same day)

    Just in case anyone's interested the dress was her grandmother's from 1958! There were stains on the bottom so we unpicked that and re-made it in silk with lace overlay but the top was original. The only other addition was a narrow band of beading under the bust (which I think you can just see in one or two of the photos!)

    Flipping heck I was touched that they married on the same date as her grandparent, let alone she wore her dress too. You must be immensely proud of her. The dress is beautiful.

    The buttonholes were white roses and thistles but someone had made two wooden spoon dolls - and the groom wore the little groom during the drink reception! They were very cute.
