Pics of Hitchers' Pets...

ooh la la, 28 July, 2009 at 19:51 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 77

Not sure if this has been done recently and if it has, I appologise.

Following on from Sparkley's cat thread I thought it would be lovely to see a photo of your pets.

These are ours....

Moustache, our one year old RSPCA cat....

Smudge, Moustache's sister...

Our flock...

Our hens...

Mr Pickles, our barn cat...

Sorry, not sure why some photos are bigger than others.

Please add your own ?

You can't see all her beautiful markings in this photo - but you can see her lovely little pink paws, and big fluffy belly which you must never, ever, touch if you enjoy having skin.

OLL I didn't know you had lambs. I'd love to have a bit of land for hens and lambs.

We don't have any pets. I want a rabbit and OH wants a dog so its a bit of a battle of wills at the minute. I suspect we will end up with a fish!

Oh wow! Your are Mrs Tiggy Winkle! ?

This is Frankie; he was left outside the PDSA in a box with his brothers and sisters at 3 weeks old. He's 12 now and getting a bit old and tired but he's still (mostly) a happy boy.

I used to have a labrador Dan, he went to the Rainbow Bridge 8 years ago now but this was his best buddy Rory (my friend'd dog who joined Dan a few months ago)

    Awwww! Lovely pets everyone.

Thanks Cavewoman, OH came up with the name for her. I was a bit skeptical at the time, but couldn't imagine her with any other name now. ?

Haha, thanks, they are definitely cheeky. Although Monty can be quite fierce when he gets excited!

Does anyone else have a burmese kitty too?

Misdemeanor the cat in the hat, and anywhere else she hadn't ought to be.

I can't see the thumbnails very well to pick the best ones. I must try to organise my photos.

MIssy and Mitzi (mitzi left us in April this year)

Missy (13 in September) enjoying a family day at the beach. This was her first big day out after

Mitzi died, she was a bit glum at first but cheered up when she got to help Wee Braw dig a moat, although she actually managed to take out the sandcastle in the process. ?

Totty mansion is a 3 kitty household...

This is Pinot, mummys girl, very girly, soft and fluffy but pick her up and she will rip your face off. Also known as Big Eyes and Girly Girl.

This is Pernod (Pinots sister) Daddys girl, a total tomboy who can't get enough catnip. Also known as Lump and Monster.

And finally, Guinness (can you see a theme with names?) Step borther to the girls, soft as butter but also a total tear away. We have had him just over a year and took him in as a stray. Also known as Bugger Boy and Dictator Boy (its the Hitler spot under the nose that does it!)

This is Jasper, hes been in our family for two weeks now. Hes a rescued dog who has flakey skin, some fur missing, a heart murmer, eye infection, ear infection and at some point in his awful past life, his back was broken and he is under norushed and needs to put on a lot of weight. We love him to absolute bits and as you can see he is part of the family now?

    This is Murphy

Great pics everyone. I can relate to Millie's ball fetish, although with my dog it's pine cones!

Chicken - I love that puppy pic of B Man ?

Here's my boy at his best - must try to get some action shots, he does move sometimes.

Maxi, what is it with dogs taking up the entire sofa?

Mine is currently upside down, legs in air - no room for me to sit anywhere - what's that all about???

    Loving everyone's pics!
