Pink, Black & Diamond Theme

Thanks you think it work well...just keep thinking how to do all the differetn things eg what flowers? shall I have Black bm dresses with a pink bit around the middle or shall I go with pink bm dresses as I will be in Ivory... so much to think about lol

Hot pink and black with diamonds? Oh my - thats like my PERFECT colour combination! I'm sure someone will have stuff to post .... I don't sadly have any pix other than it being my business colours! I do have a fabby choker in those colours tho'!!

Def go for black dress with the hot pink sash, how about the BMs having ivory flowers? I think the contrast would look great

I'm having hot pink and black, the men in bow tie, hot pink button hole roses, my CBM in black with hot pink hair accesories and flowers, tables will be dec with hot pink roses, trying to get black linen, having a job!!

My mum has designed my gorgeous hot pink and black heart weding invites!!

I love the colours, esp getting married on Valentines day, I wanted the pink in there somewhere!

The diamond twist is lovely too, better not mention it to my mum, she'd love it!!!!!?

It looks fab against ivory/white as well, so your BMs will look fab next to you in black with pink sashes ....! Its such a striking colour combination.

I have just done a Black & White wedding where they had White Casablanca Lilies, you could use Stargazer/Oriental in Deep Pink to add the Pink:

Loving this H2B wants to put our invites in boxes with diamonds inside so these would be good if they are the right size...where are they from please Mrs SP?

Sadly they are Lingerie gift boxes, so are 220 x 220 x 100mm, so a bit bit for invitations... but the idea is cool !

Thanks v much! I officially launch carnegielivettdesigns on 7th Sept .... Its very much a side line at the moment but I hope it'll mean I can do a part time 'normal' job in the next year or so, and do this a couple of days a week .... You've definitely inspired me to do more black and cerise ranges - I just adore those colours which is why I picked it as my business colours (hence the blk, cerise and diamond choker!!!) I think I'll enjoy watching your wedding planning!!!

You could use these oversized Faux Diamonds around the base of the vases:

This was a wedding we did using Hot Pink & White but you could alternate the sashes with Hot Pink & Black:

Some lovely ideas above !

Developing the diamond theme further .... you can get table diamonds and table crystals available in a range of colours including "black diamond" and "fuchsia" (if you are after a shocking pink ..... or "rose" / "light rose" if you are after something less pink !) ... just make sure that the crystals or diamonds are unfoiled. You can get a "Jet" black crystal colour but the "black diamond" style complements the other crystal colours if you are looking to mix colours.

You can also get more out of your table diamonds and table crystals by using table mirrors.

Clear, Fuchsia and Black Diamond table crystals are shown below:

The table crystals (shown above) have a double flat back whilst the diamonds have a pointed back.

Excellent that will be great... I am not actually getting married until June 2010 but I have 2 make sure everything is right I am a bit of a control freak - I have learnt since I started this planning lol... Oh that seems a great idea picking some stuff up form the US, stuff is always alot cheaper over there!!!

Saying that I have just bought a load of gear from Ikea, Glass vases, tea light holders, for cheapy, cheap!!

Getting married on Valentines day, only having Maid of Honour, shes wearing a black dress, and my niece as a flower girl, I think she will be in a light/champagene gold.

Starting to get things going now with only 6mths to go!!!! aHHHHH?

I've just been making some surprise birthday invitations that would work just as well as wedding invitations in black/pink and sparkles, I'll see if I can dig a picture out!
