Pink Margaret customers

Margaret sent me two samples, I can't remember the name of the other one but I chose ivory on the basis my dress was also ivory. Flash below which I hope shows you enough of the veil. I would recommend her so highly - when I took mine with me to the bridal shop for my last fitting they were so shocked I'd got such a good quality veil at such a low price.

I have made the mistake in the past of not ordering samples & ordered an ivory veil which was really dark once it was all bunched together & had a yellow tinge to it, so i suppose as long as the samles she has sent me don't give the same effect when bunched up then I should be ok.

Trouble is, ivory dresses come in so many shades & to me it just looks white!

I was exactly the same as you, the samples all looked white to me! I thought my dress was quite a buttery ivory so I was a bit worried but actually it was a perfect match. I think if you have a champagne dress it might be harder to match but the standard ivory should be fine. The great thing about her is it's so cheap if one is wrong it's not the end of the world if you have to replace it but I honestly don't think you'll have any problems. If you have a picture of your dress send it to her as well as she'll advise you if she thinks it might be a different shade. Good luck!

I just asked for samples as my dress is very dark ivory so i had to get the champagne colour and it the perfect colour. I just gave a rough idea of what I wanted and left her too it. Hopefully it will be OK.

I would recommend also...my veil is diamond white so is my dress. she is great does exactly what you ask for....so reasonable priced too....i sent her a pick of my dress n she gave me ideas on which one to have. xx

I didn't order samples, just sent pictures of my veil and an idea of the kind of thing I had liked when I tried them on in a bridal shop. She made recommendations and suggested the closest colour to match my dress (ivory) along with the veil she thought would look best. My veil is gorgeous, better than I imagined and far less then the bridal shop ones despite being chapel length.

The colour looks how I expected it to, standard ivory as much as I can tell. I'd recommend her.

As far as I'm aware, PM does just one type of ivory now, and it went perfectly with my dress. I'm so pleased with my veil. I sent her a photo of my dress, and she was able to advise me on exactly what would suit it, taking into account what I liked at the same time. She's really good and incredibly reasonable.

I told her my dress was ivory & she sent me 3 shades of ivory plus one diamond white sample! I bit the bullet & went & tried the samples with my dress & have made my decision but would still love to see any veils she has made for you please ladies

I ordered my veil from Margaret too. I went for the "soft ivory" option after seeing the samples and the finished veil matches my dress really well. Mine is a 2 tier, full length veil with scattered crystals, I love it! It's all wrapped up at my Mum's at the moment but will see if I can get a piccie next time I go round.

Just got mine today and I love it! forgot to get a pic but will get one when I'm back at my mums. I really would recommend her - she is amazing!
