I know this is late in the day but am rarely on here anymore.

Firstly, you did the right thing and painful as it all is much better to know beforehand. I found out after we'd married (around the 6 months point) that OH had cheated on me at the start of our realtionship and had had a child which he neglected to tell me about. I'll be filing for divorce as soon as the year is up.

Secondly - welcome to Dubai - I've been here since December (though not new to the Middle East) and it's great. 30+ degrees at the moment and sunny. Let me know if there's any info you want.

I do believe in fate this is what you were ment to do in life! Enjoy Dubai all the best for the future , stay strong ! X

I'm so so sorry you had to go through something like that especially so a week before your wedding, but I think you did the right thing, I wouldn't of been able to forgive or trust him again. I'm so pleased to hear you got the job in Dubai, sounds amazing and was obviously meant to be. X

Just read all of this post. Can't imagine how crazy these past few weeks must have been. I'm so sorry to hear what he did. You made the right decision. Could you imagine marrying him then everytime he went out or text or phoned someone you'd be sitting wondering. Trust is key and when that's gone it's gone. Any man who does that to you isn't fright for you. There's a man out there who will treat you like a princess! And maybe moving to Dubai is meant to be and he'll be there waiting for you!
